Filippo is a start-up entrepreneur with 15 years experience in international development cooperation. As a Partner (Co-Founder) of Scio Network, he advises international organisations on the design, implementation, and evaluation of agribusiness and entrepreneurship development programs and strategies, while also focusing on agro-tech product development and the use of blockchain technology in agricultural value chains.
