This broad exposure puts her in a unique position to understand multiple needs and perspectives, appreciate the challenges that arise from complex interventions, and maintain a focus on outcomes and change. Since 2010 Stefania's work has increasingly focused on Monitoring Evaluation and Learning, with a focus on mixed methodologies and participatory approaches to data collection. As part of the MEL group within the Scio Network Stefania actively contributed to developing the evaluation conceptual framework and innovative evaluation tools and she is currently performing the role of Interim Lead Expert of the MEL Vertical. Associate Expert of Scio Network since 2021 and Agriculture Development deputy vertical Lead, Emily has supported UN Agencies, International organisations and local governments in the development and implementation programs, strategies, and policy frameworks in the area of  food security, agriculture,  climate adaptation, livelihoods and resilience. As consultant she widely participated in review and evaluations of food security and livelihood projects, in addition to her experience in leadership roles in program management and implementation.
